1.Starting Point:

Begin by going to the “Enquiries” section. Fill in your details, indicate your villa preference, select the desired arrival and departure dates, and enter the number of guests. Do you have general questions? Then go to “Contact” and ask your question.

2.Confirmation:

If the desired period is available, you will receive a confirmation as soon as possible, along with an overview of the costs and rental terms. This includes instructions for arrival and departure, the address, check-in time, key handover, deposit, and so on. If you agree to the rental terms, we ask you to return the signed agreement to us by email.

3.Payment:

We require a deposit of 40% of the rental price. The remaining amount, consisting of the balance of the rent, cleaning costs, linen, service fees, and deposit, must be paid four weeks before departure.

4.Preparing for Your Stay:

Four weeks before arrival, you will receive an email from us containing the following information:

• Directions to the villa
• Villa manual
• Contact details of our house manager

Two weeks before arrival, our house manager will contact you directly to:

• Confirm the arrival time
• Inquire about optional services, such as:
  • Transportation to and from the airport
  • Grocery service (your ordered groceries will be delivered to the villa upon arrival)
  • Extra cleaning during your stay
  • Baby cot

5.During Your Stay:

You can rely on our stand-by services throughout your stay.Our house manager and their team are available to answer questions, fulfill requests, and resolve any issues.The swimming pool will be checked and cleaned 1-2 times per week (depending on the season).

6.After Your Stay:

Upon departure, our house manager will inspect the villa and collect the keys from you.If no damage is found, the deposit (if applicable) will be refunded to you.Finally, we will ask if your stay met your expectations and invite you to write a review.
