Worked example
Villa Xenia, 8 guests, one week: rent from €2,350, cleaning €325, service costs €170 and bed linen 8 x €39 (€312). Together that comes to about €3,157. Tourist tax, air conditioning, kitchen linen and stand-by service are included. On top of that you pay a €1,000 security deposit, which is returned after departure.

The booking process
Your enquiry
Fill in the enquiry form with your details, your preferred villa, the arrival and departure dates and the number of guests. If you have a general question, just get in touch.
Confirmation
If the period is available, you will receive a confirmation as soon as possible, with an overview of the costs and the rental terms: arrival and departure, the address, check-in time, key handover and security deposit. If you agree, you return the signed agreement to us by email.
Payment
We require a deposit of 40% of the rental price. The remaining amount, covering the rest of the rent, cleaning, linen, service fees and the security deposit, is paid four weeks before arrival.
Preparing for your stay
Four weeks before arrival, you will receive an email with directions to the villa, the villa manual and the contact details of our house manager. Two weeks before arrival, the house manager will contact you about your arrival time and optional services, such as airport transfers, groceries on arrival, extra cleaning or a baby cot.
During your stay
Our house manager and the team are available for questions, requests and any issues. The pool is checked and cleaned once or twice a week, depending on the season.
After your stay
When you leave, the house manager inspects the villa and collects the keys. If there is no damage, the security deposit is refunded to you. Finally, we ask whether your stay met your expectations and invite you to write a review.
